Workers Compensation Underwriter

Seeking an Associate Underwriter in Workers Compensation, the full-time remote position will manage and underwrite renewal accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance while serving as a primary contact for brokers and customers. Key Responsibilities Underwrite and process workers' compensation renewal accounts within delegated carrier authority Manage renewal workflows across multiple carrier partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Support Underwriters with account analysis, documentation, and day-to-day underwriting tasks Required Qualifications High school diploma required; additional coursework or insurance designations a plus At least 2 years of recent experience supporting workers' compensation operations in a customer service or related role Ability to analyze and interpret incomplete or complex information and make sound decisions Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
