The Enterprise IT Support team is responsible for the hardware and software that Datadog employees around the world use on a daily basis to successfully do their jobs. This means providing excellent customer service to our employees to support thousands of endpoint devices such as macOS, iOS, Chrome OS and Windows. In addition you will support software as a service (SaaS) solutions like G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, and more. As an Enterprise IT Technician I for the IT Support team, you will help ensure our ever growing user base has everything they need to do their job. You will onboard new hires, support existing ones, and make sure the technology in our offices is working.

What You’ll Do:

Provide best-in-class customer service and technical support for our employees

Deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles

Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within Datadog

Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation

Maintain hardware and software inventory

Work with global counterparts to improve processes and consistency across the org

Support unified communications needs for Datadog employees in conference rooms and other common areas

Automate workflows and eliminate operational ambiguity through AI, system APIs, and MCP integrations.

Create and maintain internal and user facing documentation

Participate in deployment and security related projects

Participate in the IT Support on call rotation

Provide mentorship and be an escalation point to junior team members

Lead support small and large scale projects

Lead support internal events such as All-Hands and offsite marketing events

Become a subject matter expert in a Saas tool or process.

Lead team demos, meetings, initiatives

Who You Are:

6+ years of experience in an IT Support role, preferably supporting a corporate environment

You love working in a team and helping people

You get excited to teach and mentor new things you have learned

You love mastering Saas tools and workflow

You are a motivator and lead with positivity

You have supported Apple devices such as Macbooks and iPads

You have excellent verbal and written communications skills

You have experience in providing detailed support under high pressure settings in a corporate environment

You are forward-thinking about emerging tech trends, with a knack for establishing AI best practices, automation, scripting and API integrations.

You are fascinated by the way things work and can explain them in simple terms

You want to work in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment

You have experience managing medium to large IT related projects

You've used Google Workspace and other common SaaS applications such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, RingCentral and Jamf to administer manage user accounts
