SECURITY OFFICER / GATEHOUSE ATTENDANT – LIDO BEACH

Capital Protection and Investigations, Inc. (CPI) is seeking a professional and dependable Security Officer for a luxury beachfront property on Lido Beach.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Responsibilities:

• Control access at the community gatehouse
• Verify resident and visitor entry
• Monitor security cameras and property activity
• Conduct routine patrols as required
• Maintain detailed activity and incident reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Class "D" Security Officer License (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of security experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Law Enforcement experience
• Military experience
• Experience working in upscale residential communities, condominiums, or gatehouse environments
