CNC Machinist (Day Shift)

We’re Hiring: CNC Machinist (Full-Time) Are you a precision-driven CNC Machinist who loves turning raw materials into high-quality components? Do you thrive in an environment where your technical skills and eye for detail are truly valued? If so, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do • Setup & Operate: Prepare and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning.

• Read Blueprints: Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Maintain & Optimize: Perform routine machine maintenance and make necessary offsets or adjustments to ensure optimal production flow.

What We’re Looking For • Experience: 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills: ability to read blueprints and a solid understanding of G-code/M-code.
• Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining tight tolerances.
• Team Player: A reliable individual with problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

As CNC Machinist, you will be responsibe for programming, setting up, operating and monitoring CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working weekends

• machine operation (1 year of experience is preferred)
