Cleaning / Housekeeper NO

Laundry is in the basement, so stairs. I also have 2 cats that are strictly inside only. I also have very hard water. First clean will be the worst and I understand that will require appropriate additional compensation. I also work from home, so I will likely be here when you're cleaning.
