Payroll Specialist (Onsite – Norman, OK)Salary: $60,000 – $68,000 DOEWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Norman. This role is 100% onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple entities, while also supporting benefits administration and general accounting functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll for multiple companies, including weekly payroll cycles for smaller entitiesAdminister payroll systems, ensuring accuracy with wages, bonuses, and commission structuresManage employee benefits, including:COBRA administrationMonthly benefit billing and invoice payments401(k) uploads, audits, and reportingOpen enrollment coordinationReconcile benefit billing and accounts receivable for subsidiary companiesMaintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee informationProduce payroll and benefits-related reports for audits (Department of Labor, insurance, etc.)Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate paymentsProvide onboarding support to new hires (payroll, benefits, leave policies)Assist with year-end payroll balancing, reporting, and compliance
