Job Overview

We are URGENTLY seeking energetic and detail-oriented Plumbers and Drain Technicians to join our dynamic team (1099 contractors). In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing and drainage systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant codes. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and drainage components in homes
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities
• Conduct system inspections to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failure
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections conducted

Skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing practices and installation techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment
• Mechanical knowledge of plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, and schematics interpretation
