What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory examinations-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance alongside calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation for testing whenever necessary.
• Document all processes comprehensively, offer training to new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory space while complying with regulatory and accreditation norms.

Education • A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
