This role is 100% remote however critical that the person knows the Omaha, NE market and talent pools!

Job Description

We're looking for a driven, high-volume Talent Acquisition Partner to fuel our people growth across multiple manufacturing sites. This person will be supporting growth in the following areas:

AI data center infrastructure Power distribution systems Thermal management and cooling solutions Integrated infrastructure systems for hyperscale and enterprise data centers

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer delivery for salaried roles Recruit for a variety of Skilled / Professional Manufacturing roles (Industrial Engineers, Engineering Techs, Hardware Engineers, etc.) Manage a volume of 15-20 reqs; the company will be hiring for 100+ Operations and Manufacturing Professional roles Attend local job fairs and events within the technical manufacturing space Cultivate and maintain robust talent pipelines to stay ahead of both immediate and future hiring needs Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, keeping applicants informed, engaged, and valued at every touchpoint Keep Workday ATS records accurate and up to date, contributing to reporting and workforce analytics Contribute to broader TA initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding Comfortable working in an ATS and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Exposure to dashboards, reporting tools, or recruiting analytics is a plus Strong communicator with sharp organizational skills and a solutions-oriented approach
