Objective and Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top dental professionals and support staff to meet the staffing needs of the organization’s multi-state operations. This includes building relationships with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. The role supports the organization’s growth by identifying talent that aligns with clinical excellence, culture, and long-term organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions across multiple states
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry contacts
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with hiring managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future needs
Partner with practice leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning goals
Ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate documentation
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Requirements :
3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or dental organizations
Experience recruiting for healthcare roles is a nice addition
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different locations
Willingness to travel to support multi-state practice recruitment as needed

Position Base Pay Range
$60,000 $65,000 USD
Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
