Entry Level Inside Sales Account Manager / Estimator / Customer Service Associate

Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Account Manager / Estimator / Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in estimating and construction project management within a supportive environment. The Entry Level Estimator will assist in communicating with clients for scheduling, creating job tickets, and estimating project takeoffs after measurement and reporting to our clirnts. Clients include big-box retail stores in home improvement.

Responsibilities

• Calculate areas of job actual job sizes and populate reports for after job measurements to client.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Create detailed job tickets for client projects and our manufacturing and installation teams.
• Conduct outbound emails and calls to gather information from customers to set job expectations, set schedules, and get project approvals.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer support or client services.
• Retail experience a plus since some clients are larger retailers we work directly with daily.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office procedures and practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
