Service Coordinator (Part Time)

As a Service Coordinator at Village Center and Swartzberg House, you will play a key role in supporting older adults by connecting them with essential services that promote independence, well-being, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, housing management, and community providers, you will assess individual needs, coordinate resources, and advocate for appropriate support services. This role combines relationship-building, care coordination, and problem-solving to ensure residents have access to the programs and assistance they need to thrive in a supportive housing environment.

Compensation: $21.63/hour.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm, up to 24 hours/week.

Union Status: Membership in Service Employees International Union Local 73 is an option.
