Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the greater North Little Rock area, with service in Bryant, AR. This full-time assignment welcomes experienced clinicians as well as Clinical Fellows, providing meaningful impact in both in-person and teletherapy settings. Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license (Arkansas or eligible for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in pediatric and school-based SLP preferred
- Comfortable providing teletherapy and on-site services as needed
- Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to student progress
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy—both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Engage in both direct therapy and support consultation for staff and caregivers
- Flexibly adapt to changing schedules and innovative methods
