Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the greater North Little Rock area, with service in Bryant, AR. This full-time assignment welcomes experienced clinicians as well as Clinical Fellows, providing meaningful impact in both in-person and teletherapy settings. Your expertise will play a key role in the growth and development of children and adolescents during their most pivotal years.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license (Arkansas or eligible for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Background in pediatric and school-based SLP preferred
  • Comfortable providing teletherapy and on-site services as needed
  • Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to student progress
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy—both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Engage in both direct therapy and support consultation for staff and caregivers
  • Flexibly adapt to changing schedules and innovative methods
