We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process, from contacting pre‑qualified leads to showing homes, negotiating, and final sale. As the buyer’s point of contact, you will ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule showings, show homes, and attend open houses for potential buyers
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and mortgage options
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about the local housing market
  • Facilitate required documentation for legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Real estate license or actively pursuing the required license
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and current trends
  • People‑oriented, positive, and client‑focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new tools, mindsets, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Persistence and resilience in challenging situations
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills

Compensation

$100,000-$200,000+ per year, commission only OTE.
