Scope

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for bidding, planning, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. You’ll drive results by leading teams, managing budgets, and solving problems before they even exist.

Your success in this role creates legacies — not just buildings.

You’ll Be Trusted To:

• Bid construction projects with a strategic eye for value and detail
• Oversee and direct projects from start to finish
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate contractors and internal teams, ensuring safety and compliance
• Solve problems before they become roadblocks
• Track progress and communicate with clarity
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and strong client relationships
• Deliver projects on time, under budget, and aligned with our legacy of excellence

What You Bring

• Experience in construction project management (preferably commercial)
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods and building codes
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills
• Familiarity with construction management software
• A calm and competent presence, especially under pressure
• A drive to see the big picture and the fine print
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
