Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Schedule: Onsite
Location: Nashville, TN 37203
Pay range: $21 - $23.50
Duration: 3 months with potential extension
Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with job postings and sourcing support as needed
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps
- Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes
- Manage calendars and handle high-volume scheduling efficiently
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
- Strong customer focus with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
