Quality Inspector - Surrey

LaSalle Network is partnering with an industry leader to hire a Quality Inspector for its Surrey location. This is a high-autonomy, onsite role supporting newly expanded quality control operations. The Quality Inspector will serve as the sole QC representative at the site, responsible for incoming product inspection and material validation to ensure all components meet strict specifications. This position plays a key role in strengthening distributed quality coverage across the organization and supporting continued business growth.

What’s the job?

• Perform incoming product inspections (no production onsite) to ensure compliance with specifications
• Conduct dimensional inspections using micrometers and other precision measurement tools
• Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances
• Perform material testing and product validation as required
• Document inspection findings and maintain accurate quality records and reports
• Ensure all incoming materials meet required quality standards before release
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and quality teams as needed
• Maintain consistent quality control in a fast-paced, high-movement environment

What’s needed?

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or quality control
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with dimensional inspection and precision measuring tools
• Experience with material testing and product validation
• Comfort working independently as the sole QC representative onsite
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with materials such as steel, aluminum, plastics, or specialty materials preferred
• ISO 9000/9001 or OSHA exposure is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Details

• Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually
