Key Responsibilities
Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic player support to German-speaking Riot Games players via chat, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of customer care.
Investigate and resolve in-game issues including account access problems, billing queries, technical difficulties, and gameplay-related concerns specific to Riot Games titles such as League of Legends, Valorant, and others.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Riot Games' products, policies, and community guidelines, keeping up to date with game patches, updates, and esports events that may impact player enquiries.
Escalate complex or sensitive player cases to the appropriate internal teams in a clear, structured manner, ensuring swift resolution and a positive outcome for the player.
Actively contribute to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment by identifying and reporting patterns of abuse, fraud, or policy violations within the German-speaking player community.
Collaborate closely with team leads and quality assurance specialists to uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and continuously improve support quality within the Gaming & Esports environment.
Document player interactions accurately within CRM and support platforms, contributing to knowledge base articles and internal FAQs to enhance team efficiency.
Participate in regular team briefings, product training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with Riot Games' evolving support standards and Mercier Consultancy Group's service excellence goals.
