The incumbent will ensure that all equipment in the facility is maintained in order to meet or exceed production KPI goals. They will accomplish this by making data driven improvements to the existing preventative maintenance program. They will ensure proper levels of spare parts are stocked and proper training has been provided to hourly maintenance personnel so that repairs may be executed correctly.
