$22.00 per hour

Monday-Friday / 2:30pm - 11:00pm

A leading global logistics provider is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position will primarily support material handling within a cold storage environment. You are applying through Express Employment Professionals, an award-winning staffing firm.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform all material handling duties safely and efficiently.
• Receive products arriving via railcar and truckload, including scanning and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders, including staging and scanning products for shipment.
• Load outbound trailers and perform trailer inspections prior to loading.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Accurately record and submit product locations and inventory movements.
• Record and process location changes as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of forklift and clamp equipment.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation requirements, and company policies.
• Scan products into and out of the warehouse management system using barcode scanners.
• Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the office for processing.
• Complete all assigned tasks on the Daily Building Checklist.

Forklift Operator Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Active Forklift Operator Certification preferred; expired certifications can be recertified onsite
• Candidates with active certification should provide a copy upon hire
• Must wear steel-toed safety shoes
• Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
