```Duties```

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, reply to emails, ability to multi-task and

manage the front desk area

  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain patient records, including filing and organizing documents
  • Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
  • Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure efficient office operations
  • Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care and administrative tasks

```Experience```

  • Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred- knowledge of Chirofusion EHR system, helpful
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

This position requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical office setting and possess the necessary administrative skills to assist with various tasks.
