Skilled Laborer/Construction 2nd Shift

• *Union shop! Great opportunity!!** 1st and 2nd Shift

Looking to hire builders/fabricators to join our team. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be working with a team fabricating large HVAC industrial enclosures made from sheet metal. The job is in an industrial manufacturing environment and you will assist in a variety of areas where help is needed in the shop. You will apply all skill sets to aspects of building products. There will be plenty of training and guidance here and you will be working with lead men on builds who can help instruct if needed.

Must pass a background check and drug test!

Requirements:

Must have skills utilizing hand tools (drills, impact guns, saws, tape measure, etc.)

Must be able to read drawings and understand blueprints for fabrication purposes

Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Have hands-on building or fabricating experience

Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that utilizes overhead cranes, forklifts, large industrial equipment, and fabrication equipment

Any experience with any facet of construction is desired

Must be a motivated, self-starter

Must be on time

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation based on level of experience and skill. Note that if offered a position, you must be able to pass a drug test.
