As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will embrace our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care, actively getting to know the interests and needs of our residents. You will play a vital role in enabling residents to maintain their independence by providing exceptional care, assisting with daily living activities, and facilitating recreational engagements. Your efforts will contribute to a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.
Available Schedules (With Sign-On Bonus for Both Full and Part-Time Positions):
- Full-Time Day Shifts: 6AM-2PM
- Full-Time Evening Shifts: 2PM-10PM
- Full-Time Night Shifts: 10PM-6AM
Compensation: $18-25 per hour, based on your years of licensed CNA experience, with additional shift differentials for qualifying shifts.
Shift Differentials: $1 for Evening shifts, $2 for Night shifts.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Experience as a CNA or caregiver preferred, but new graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
