Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries from German-speaking customers regarding hotel, flight, and travel reservations made through Booking.com, delivering prompt and accurate assistance at every stage of the traveller journey.

Assist customers with new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests in full accordance with Booking.com's policies and travel industry standards.

Provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on accommodation options, travel itineraries, pricing, and availability to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Investigate and resolve complaints or booking discrepancies efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction with German-speaking travellers.

Liaise with hotels, travel partners, and internal teams to coordinate and confirm reservation details on behalf of customers.
