As Director, Analytics at Conga, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data-driven insights across the organization. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling analytics capabilities that support decision-making across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—partnering closely with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights. You’ll oversee reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics while continuously improving our data infrastructure, governance, and scalability.

Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related experience
You bring 8–10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, with leadership experience in a SaaS or technology environment. You have a proven track record of delivering insights that influence business outcomes and have led teams responsible for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
Leadership influence
You are a trusted advisor to senior leaders, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives. You build strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
Analytical expertise
You have deep experience in data analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement across key business functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance). You know how to connect the dots between datasets and uncover meaningful insights.
Initiative
You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve how data is used across the organization. You don’t wait for direction—you bring forward ideas, build business cases, and lead initiatives that enhance analytics capabilities.
Operational mindset
You understand the importance of data quality, governance, and scalability. You’ve helped build or optimize analytics infrastructure and processes that support a growing organization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degree is a plus.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Tools and systems experience
Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker , or similar
Strong experience with SQL and working with large, complex datasets
Familiarity with data platforms and warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and integrating business data sources
Advanced analytics capability
Experience with forecasting, predictive modeling, or statistical analysis
Ability to apply data science concepts to drive deeper insights (preferred, not required)
Business partnership
Demonstrated success partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product organizations
Ability to influence strategy through data storytelling and insight generation
Process scalability mindset
Track record of building and scaling analytics functions, including KPI frameworks and standardized reporting
