Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, providing essential support to students in a vibrant educational environment near Burnsville, MN. Enjoy a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, within a single building and focusing on a caseload of 20-40 students, including specialized support for setting 4.

Your expertise will be valued as you collaborate with dedicated educational teams at multi-site centers, contributing to meaningful student outcomes throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC required (please attach licenses when applying)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload and support students with varying needs
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students aged 4 and above
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and create individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care for students
  • Serve as a resource for language and communication interventions school-wide
