Our Home is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer on the 2nd shift. As a packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and packaging products according to company standards and customer requirements. This is a 2nd shift position with a typical shift working Monday - Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for having a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the packer position

Compliance required with safety procedures and programs

Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the production areas and supporting equipment, food safety, and following Good Manufacturing Practices protocols

Serves as primary point of contact for packing protocols for the employees on their shift when management is not present

Other responsibilities as assigned by Our Home management
