Mortgage Compliance Program Manager

Developing and administering compliance risk management programs, the full-time Mortgage Origination Compliance Program Manager will ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations in mortgage lending while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for mortgage lending Track changes to laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates to disclosures and procedures Conduct vendor risk assessments and assist in managing compliance program activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage compliance Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage laws Familiarity with regulatory trends and enforcement actions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills
