Assistant Store Manager - ScandyCandy Sarasota

ScandyCandy is growing, and we’re now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Sarasota team.

Our Sarasota store features a vibrant selection of Swedish candy, stylish displays, and a fun, modern atmosphere that makes every visit an experience. As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting daily store operations, motivating the team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive, customer-focused store environment
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures
• Coach, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Operate the register and ensure accurate cash handling and transactions
• Maintain high standards for merchandising, visual presentation, and store cleanliness
• Monitor inventory levels, product freshness, and quality standards
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Help plan and execute promotions, merchandising updates, and in-store events
• Act as Store Manager when needed
