Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current SLP state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Collaborative, compassionate, and organized approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress tracking
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Offer consultative support to educators and parents as needed
