Warehouse / Delivery Driver

Imperial Battery is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Warehouse / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, stocking, picking, and delivering batteries and related products while providing outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Duties

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Stock inventory accurately and maintain organized warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Properly handle batteries and other warehouse materials in accordance with company safety procedures.

Delivery Duties

• Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and report maintenance issues.
• Assist customers with unloading and product placement when needed.
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Represent Imperial Battery professionally at all customer locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be trained.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or battery industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of batteries and related products.
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor conditions.
