Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role focuses on tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and keeping operations organized and on track.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant inquiries via email and phone
  • Create and manage maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate scheduling with maintenance staff and vendors
  • Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Track lease expirations and renewal timelines
  • Send rent reminders and assist with basic tenant communication
  • Maintain organized records and task tracking
  • Support day-to-day office and field coordination as needed

Qualifications

  • Property management or real estate experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AppFolio or similar software strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working both in an office and coordinating in the field

  • Has experience supporting property managers or similar roles
  • Proactive and takes ownership of tasks
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and maintenance staff
