Commercial Property Claims Supervisor

You'll be responsible for managing a team of adjusters handling commercial property losses, and you will provide meaningful coaching and development for the team.  As a leader, you will be responsible for executing the strategic direction of the company to ensure your team's operational excellence and exceptional service to our customers.  In this position, you will participate in quality assurance to ensure the proper investigation, examination, reserving, settlement and defense of claims. This position requires strong people and project leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and technical property claims handling acumen. This role is hybrid to our Charlotte-Ballantyne, NC or New Hartford, NY offices.
