What You'll Do as a Production Assembler:

• Assemble automotive components and subassemblies according to work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and production requirements Maintain production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Skills and Experience

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
• Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
