Job Summary of Retail Stocker:
This position supports Burlington Stores by ensuring merchandise is accurately received, processed, and stocked for customer access. It requires individuals who are hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork and process efficiency. The role is essential in maintaining a seamless merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stocker:
- Engage in the process of receiving and shifting shipments from the shipping/receiving facility to the stock storage area.
- Execute the efficient and accurate management of merchandise through processes like ticketing, storing, moving, and displaying goods.
- Artfully arrange and showcase new merchandise for customers to browse.
- Comply with additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.
