What You'll Do:
This is a Part-Time Hourly Position
As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in connecting with customers and offering tailored solutions. You are the first friendly face customers see when they enter our store and will be responsible for advising them on product selections. When not interacting with customers, you will be restocking products, maintaining visual merchandising, fulfilling online orders, and performing cleaning duties. In this vital role, you will represent the GNC brand while promoting our “Live Well” message.
- Greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products based on your expertise.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals through a results-driven approach.
- Timely and accurately fulfill online orders in compliance with company standards.
- Enhance your product knowledge by learning about the features, advantages, and benefits of our offerings.
- Assist store management with operational tasks such as cash handling, inventory counts, and maintaining store appearance.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting.
- Require repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
- Lift up to twenty pounds frequently; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
- Climbing ladders and bending are necessary.
- Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stock room areas.
- Use a computer for up to 60% of the workday.
Sales Representatives are expected to demonstrate reliability and flexibility by working varied hours to meet store demands. Generally, candidates should be available to:
- Work morning or evening shifts to open or close the store.
- Be present during key peak business hours, including weekends.
- Work all major U.S. holidays when the store is open.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
