AWe're hiring an exceptional Part-Time Personal & Executive Assistant for a wonderful client in the Phoenix area. This is a high-trust, long-term opportunity for someone who loves bringing order to busy lives, thrives on variety, and takes pride in being the person who makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (must be local and available for in-person errands and appointments)

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate home maintenance and vendor appointments, including providing access to service providers
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Oversee email organization and correspondence as needed
  • Handle local errands such as returns, shipping, and miscellaneous household needs
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, or similar role
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and Dropbox
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide excellent professional references
  • Personal smartphone and computer for communication and task management
