The Senior Hospice Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships.

This role will work closely with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, community partners, patients, and families to increase awareness of hospice services and support appropriate referrals.
