Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our growing OP team in our Columbia, SC Clinic. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Type: Full-Time, Outpatient (M-F)

Compensation: $60,000+ annually based on experience + Bonus structure

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families while fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support whole-person treatment.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to promote long-term wellness and recovery.

Requirements

  • Holds an active, unrestricted SC license as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
