Key Responsibilities
Review, analyse, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Albanian and English, ensuring strict adherence to community standards and platform policies.
Identify and take decisive action on harmful, abusive, misleading, or policy-violating content, including hate speech, graphic material, misinformation, and spam across social media channels.
Investigate and escalate complex or sensitive trust and safety cases to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring swift resolution and minimal risk to end users.
Apply consistent and accurate content moderation judgements in line with established guidelines, while maintaining high-quality output standards and productivity targets.
Monitor emerging trends and patterns in social media misuse, providing valuable insights and feedback to help improve platform safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including policy, legal, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and up-to-date approach to digital trust and online safety.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of reviewed content and actions taken, supporting data-driven decision-making and regular reporting requirements.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with evolving social media trust and safety standards, platform updates, and regulatory developments.
