Key Responsibilities:

• Competently manage cash and credit card transactions by operating a register/POS system accurately.
• Extend a friendly welcome and aid to clients, predicting their needs to create a satisfactory interaction.
• Follow the brand's directives when preparing and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Comply with the location's standards in the preparation and serving of food items to customers.
• Keep the cash drawer in order, complete the necessary cashier documentation, and process bank deposits efficiently.
• Respect and conform to Aramark's regulations and protocols for handling cash transactions.
• Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store in a manner that emphasizes cleanliness and orderly presentation.
• Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
• Supply beverage coolers, convenient snacks, service items, and condiment options.
• Abide by all guidelines related to food and drink preparation to uphold sanitation practices and ensure safe consumption.
• Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers.

Qualifications:

• It is beneficial to have worked in customer service in the past.
• Having previous exposure to cash handling is advantageous.
• Having worked as a barista before is preferred but not compulsory.
• A basic understanding of math concepts and the ability to count accurately are vital.
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal intervention.
• Proficient English reading, communication skills, and ability to follow recipes are vital.
• The Food Handling Certification needs to be acquired in accordance with standards.
• Following the specified attire guidelines is mandatory.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• It may be mandatory to employ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
