Whitney Holdings is a dynamic small business seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a communication hub between our field technicians and customers. This role is crucial for scheduling jobs with attention to job mix, duration, and geographical efficiency. You will handle requests, transmit critical messages, and monitor vehicle movements. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who remains calm under pressure, especially in challenging situations. Previous experience in lead conversions is a bonus!
Your ability to multitask and independently take appropriate action will be key. Requirements:
- Experience in the skilled trades sector
- Proven background as a dispatcher or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Adept listener with superb communication abilities
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
- Generate and input sales leads
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through effective communication
- Deliver accurate and complete information using appropriate tools
- Handle customer complaints, propose solutions, and ensure follow-up for resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documents
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers
- Experience with Service Titan is required
Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
