Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Czech, ensuring strict compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.

Identify and take decisive action on harmful, abusive, misleading, or policy-violating content, including hate speech, misinformation, and graphic material shared across social media channels.

Investigate reports submitted by Czech-speaking social media users and provide accurate, timely, and well-reasoned responses in line with established trust and safety protocols.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including legal, policy, and product departments to continuously improve content moderation workflows and community standards on social media platforms.

Monitor emerging digital threats, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and evolving social media trends that may impact platform safety for Czech-speaking communities.

Escalate complex or sensitive trust and safety cases to senior specialists or legal teams while maintaining thorough documentation and case records.

Contribute to the development and refinement of internal guidelines, training materials, and best practices specific to Czech language content moderation on social media.

Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and professionalism while handling potentially distressing content, adhering to wellbeing best practices provided by the organization.
