Responsible for the strategic oversight and governance of the organization’s third-party administrators (TPAs) and self-administered accounts, ensuring alignment with company standards, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This role leads the development and implementation of governance strategies, performance standards, and scorecards designed to enhance operational transparency, accountability, and Safety National’s competitive position in the marketplace.
Serves as a key liaison among Underwriting, Compliance, Finance, Client Engagement, and external partners to strengthen relationships, improve operational and claim outcomes, and support profitable growth.
