Bookkeeper/E-Commerce Accounting

Full-Charge Bookkeeper A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Include: Maintain general ledger entries and financial records Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and vendor accounts Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments Manage payroll and reconcile online sales channel payments Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking Assist with month-end and year-end close Ideal Qualifications: ~3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience ~ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online ~ Solid understanding of GAAP principles ~ Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills ~ Highly accurate and detail-oriented ~ Experience with e-commerce, inventory, or ERP systems is a plus Salary: $70k - $100k/Year Bhired
