Special Education Teaching Assistant Long-Term Substitute

**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Special Education Teaching Assistant to provide support to students with special needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting. As a Long-Term Substitute, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our school community. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide instructional support to students with special needs in a variety of settings, including classrooms and other educational environments
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to support student learning and achievement
• Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
