Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Speech Language Pathologist with active Maryland licensure (CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered)
- At least one year of school-based experience, unless holding exceptional references or alternative strong experience
- Familiarity with elementary and middle school caseloads; comfort with varying numbers of students
- Willingness to provide license documentation and complete a background check as required
- Ability to commit to at least three days per week, 35 hours preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct onsite speech therapy services to assigned students
- Serve up to 2-3 school sites (schedule tailored based on skillset and location preferences)
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
- Participate in individualized supervision and caseload planning discussions
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
