Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Speech Language Pathologist with active Maryland licensure (CCC preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered)
• At least one year of school-based experience, unless holding exceptional references or alternative strong experience
• Familiarity with elementary and middle school caseloads; comfort with varying numbers of students
• Willingness to provide license documentation and complete a background check as required
• Ability to commit to at least three days per week, 35 hours preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct onsite speech therapy services to assigned students
• Serve up to 2-3 school sites (schedule tailored based on skillset and location preferences)
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
• Participate in individualized supervision and caseload planning discussions
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
