Lead Financial Analyst - AI Trainer

We are excited to expand our team into a new area focused on enhancing AI Assistant models for finance professionals. If you have an advanced degree (MBA+) and relevant professional experience in finance, we want you to help shape how AI understands complex financial principles and decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's output.
• Presents complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to evaluate the AI's reasoning capabilities.
• Provide clear and structured feedback to refine each new version of the AI, enhancing its intelligence and reliability.

To succeed, you should possess exceptional financial reasoning and hold formal qualifications in a finance-related field. A completed or in-progress Master's or Ph.D. is strongly preferred. Relevant experience includes Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing diverse and complex problems for AI chatbots and assessing their outputs.
• Evaluating the output quality of AI models in terms of correctness and performance.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and finance management reasoning exercises.
• A completed, ongoing, or completed Master's or Ph.D. is preferred but not required.
