Apartment Property Manager

O.L.P. Management Company, Inc. has been in business since 1988 in the Metro Denver area. The company owns and operates 11 apartment complexes in two states; Colorado and Florida.

We are looking for an Experienced On-site Property Manager

Position Qualifications:

Two years of experience as on-site management – please note the number of units you have managed.

Understanding of general accounting principals.

Microsoft Office experience as well as property management software.

We are looking for someone that has the following:

Marketing and leasing skills to attract potential tenants.

Attention to current tenant relationships and programs for retention and longevity of occupancy.

Preparing invoices for submission for payment.

Budget preparation and ability to control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.

Supervisory skills for leasing and maintenance employees, understands and complies with all company policies and procedures. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Oversight of all vendors, projects and maintenance issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,435.00 - $66,198.00 per year
