Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client's medical facility based in Monroe NY 10950 . This is a 3+ month assignment (possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details

Duration: 3+ months + contract (possibility of extension)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20 - $21 per hour (W2); pay based on experience and educational qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups

Perform specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner

Perform order entry; retrieve and verify patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Pediatrics phlebotomy experience preferred

Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
